Products in big bags
Rendapart uses bigbags with anti UV- treatment. In general these bags are protected to UV radiation during a period between 6-12 months when they are stored inside or under shelter from direct UV-radiaton. This treatment is not a guarantee for the mechanical strength of the bigbag that is required for the proper loading upon trailers and the handling afterwords. Rendapart Plantfood int. is recommending to his customers to store bigbags inside (warehouse) or covered outside for a period not longer than 6 months to avoid problems. Our bigbags are containing inner plastic bags that keep fertilisers extra dry.
We process bigbags of 450 kg (oneloop) up to 1000 kg (regular) content.
Products in plastic bags
For normal plastic bags (500g-25 kg) Rendapart uses different types who are treated with a layer (coating) of UV- resistant varnish. However also this varnish coating will fade after 6-9 months and make bags less stong when exposed to direct sun (UV) radiation. Rendapart also recommend his customers to store plastic bags at all times inside or covered. Because of microperforations in the plastic bags it is not recommended to store plastic bags outside without cover. When water makes contact with the organic substances in the bags, a crust will be formed and will destroy the fertiliser inside.Products in cardboards and cardboard outers
It is not recommended, under any circumstance to store cardboard boxes/outers outside. Cardboard is hygroscopic and will be damaged by contact with water. Cardboard boxes must be stored inside the warehouse without exeption.
